Simply as the title says, items, not like stuff that gives you an buff with +1 but simple things, example:
Torch, can be light for a lightsource.
Robes/grabling hook, eases the climbing, decending.
You surely can think of more things! It's better then saying, "oh, I had that with me all the time lolz".

You suggest that these are added to our character profiles?

No, if you were to go out in the morning to an open field where the sun shines and some mountains are without caves torches would be useless, I mean just stating before going away that you're taking a grabling hook or some bandages etc.

Overall some field equipment tends to be at avail to everyone; archetype related too.
I am fully aware there can be a proper inventory, where most of the Pen and Paper RP games, and even some MMOs - at least so it was for the first one I played, Ultima Online - you had a weight factor, compared to your strength, that modifies your movement; and if you get hit you risk to get things shattered in your backpack, etctera, etcetera.
Until now I am keeping it simple, especially because there are people who struggle with the system and others who are still adapting. The flow of new recruits, and with oldies who depart pratically makes the system hard to deepen - assuming I even want that.
If some people feels to add in their charsheet some mundane items that would be their equipment I have nothing against it. A ranger probably has ropes and a small hatchet to chop some wood to improvise a shelter of branches. A torch or an oil lamp with a flask of oil are nothing exceptional either which probably one would be given when readying to descend in a cave - but to hold that could impair the fighting, as it requires one hand to hold the item. Etc.

I like it and all, but i can also understand how continously adding to the system makes it more and more complicated. And forces us to spend more time on out of character rules.
