Ok our Raid leader has requested the following if you wish to join the flex raids in SoO.
Minimum item level requirement 515.
Minimum dps requirement 80K
All gear must be gemmed and enchanted, check you have the right glyphs and talents for raiding by checking Icy veins or Noxxic for your class recommended set up.
The reason for this is that we do need reasonable dps to beat the enrage timers. It's nothing personal in any way to ask for these requirements.
Healing wise as we usually have excellent healers already, as long as you can heal well enough to make it through without running into a wall and hitting your head repeatedly then there shouldn't be a problem! (but you can always give me your hps and I'll speak to the RL for confirmation!)
We usually have two tanks but we do like 3 tanks for the dark Shamen fight in part 2 so there may be a request for a tank at some point in the evening.
