Aelgar is an elderly, experienced Magus born and raised in Dalaran. He sat in the Kirin Tor for almost a decade, hence his strong affnity with Magic and his focus. He left the Kirin Tor and the Mageocracy because of a deep weariness towards the beaucracy and politics. He is a staunch believer in the Arcane as something to be respected and used with much care, if at all! Hence his resolve. He is now wandering Azeroth, keeping an eye on, and assisting those who would protect the world from fel-energies and other dark Arts. He has a deep-rooted knowledge of forbidden lore.
